Eric Objectives

ACT I

Entrance:

Eric’s main objective during this sequence would be to have a good time, although he is also flirting with Alda.

Conversation with Alda:

The main objective in this sequence is trying to get Alda to go out with him.

Grazia’s scream:

The objective in this scene is finding out what happened to Grazia and making sure she is okay.

After searching the grounds:

This sequence’s objective is to inform the Duke as to his and Corrados’ failure to find the prowler. After Prince Sirki is introduced, the objective changes, and is instead to make a good impression.

ACT II

Talking to Corrado:

Objective is to try and form a theory as to why the Prince is so strange, mainly by gossiping about him.

2^nd conversation with Alda:

Objective initially is to once again to try to Alda to go out with him, but changes to venting frustration and anger at the Duke.

End of Act II:

Objective is to find out why everybody is panicking and yelling.

ACT III

Opening:

Objective is to build his-and the groups-courage and resolve to face death when he returns.
